MY EYE: Who's covering the road sign?

This photo sent to us by "Djayman" via the My Eye feature on the CNC3 App, was captioned "Ministry of Road”.

Djayman says this is on Sellier Street in St Augustine, adding, "Some idiot keeps covering the no entry sign with plastic bags causing the world of confusion and chaos."

We trust that the authorities will look into it.

We thank Djayman for the photo and remember you too can send us your photos and video via the My Eye feature in the new CNC3 App.
