Jamaica's PM reports to Parliament on meeting with Dr Rowley

Jamaica's Prime Minister Andrew Holness has told Parliament that an assurance has been given by Trinidad and Tobago that any administrative delays in the processing of 53 Jamaican detainees will be cleared.

The Jamaica Information Services reports that in a statement to the House of Representatives, Mr. Holness said the pledge was given during bilateral talks with Prime Minister of Trinidad and Tobago, Dr. Keith Rowley, at the Association of Caribbean States Summit held in Cuba on June 4.
