A PNM Councillor who collapsed while playing football, has passed away.

Darryl Rajpaul, the representative for Belmont East, is believed to have suffered a massive heart attack while playing the sport he loved most.

Port-of-Spain Mayor Joel Martinez says the city is now in mourning.
