Friends and family of the late John E Sabga today are on a mission to fight pancreatic cancer.
In January of this year, 56-year-old Sabga lost his 10-month battle with the disease.
W-H-O statistics suggest that over 70 percent of persons who have been diagonized with the disease will die within the first year.
However, John’s window Natalie is committed to reversing that.
In honour and memory of her husband’s bravery she has launched the John Sabga Foundation
To her it’s the first step in forging forward on a relentless journey to help in the global fight.
Natalie has already forged links with the US-based T Gen Foundation.
She says all of the fund raised by the foundation will go toward developing specific research studies and clinical trials that will assist in finding the answers to eradicate this devastating disease.
